Winter Nights

This … is the advent of winter. The time of the new, fresh winter. The arrival of chilly winds.  The period of snowfall. And the experience of seeing the beauty of the world.

Winter brings happiness; it brings a totally different environment. The fact is that… things become more peaceful in winters. It seems as if the world, itself, adores the winter peace, the calmness. Everything becomes silent but still they speak. They speak love. They speak peace. They speak white snow. They speak happiness, which only seems amazing in silence.

Walking alone in the streets in winter nights, I feel as if I am walking in heaven (not exaggerating) and my loneliness is sufficient, I see the sky with a different mood, I smile unknowingly… and I just can’t help it. The soothing air curls around me and it says, “I am here only for you. I love you. And I don’t want to leave. It makes me blush. I feel the cold winds touching me, embracing me. They touch my face, my hair, my hands. I see every hair of my body rising, dancing… welcoming the winds. I see my face glowing in order to celebrate the winters. Somewhere deep inside… I feel that even the winter is happy to be here. The feeling about winters that has aroused inside me is unable to describe itself in words. There is thought. Only the thoughts can describe it. The feelings.

How amazing it is to see the bright lights on Christmas tree. How wonderful it is to experience the beauty of Christmas… the sound of jingle bells… the music of carols… the excitement of the arrival of this holy festival. And this holy festival arrives only in winters. The awesome winters.

Can you ever imagine a ‘summer Christmas’? How boring it would be then to celebrate it, with all the sweat coming down the cheeks… all the temper rising inside the minds. NO. The sweet sound of the jingle bells and the pleasant music of carols can only be enjoyed in those peaceful winter nights.

All seasons are good but winter… it is the best. I love winters. I simply do. And I want to have it around me every time. The winter of 2013 has just arrived and I know that it is going to last long. So now, I just want to drown in the deepness of winters… want to enjoy every bit of it and I want to be of winters…

The so-called divine love of the people around us.

“The world around us is a beautiful world”.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you read it? Is it the brightness of the sun or the sweetness of the flowers or the melodious chirping of the birds or… the divine love of the people around you?

“The divine love of the people around us”. Just see how ironical it is for the people living in 21^st century. The word love is no more. (Even if it is there, I cannot find it.)

"LOVE". Whenever I hear this word, a kind of pleasure enters inside me, which soothes my mind, gives me peace and sometimes… hopes. Just as our body is made up of five elements (air, water, earth, fire and sky), all the emotions are developed from love. For e.g. if you love someone, you are happy to have them around you or if you don’t get a thing which you like, you often get frustrated and this process of building emotions out of love continues forever. This process helps us to socialize with people, to fulfill our responsibilities and to maintain the amazing beauty of the world.

OK. So, this was a brief description about how beautiful love can be. Now, let’s discuss 21^st century. The century of technology, the era of development.

21^st century presents us the most intelligent creatures. Isn't it? Amazing discoveries, shocking events, creative elements are some things about which we hear daily. In all those things… in the era of development, the real meaning of life is lost somewhere. Nowadays, we think that living life means if we make things simple by using technology. But, is it the real gift that god presented us? Will technology actually give the ultimate pleasure of life? Will it teach us how to love humans?

Human being is a creature who is full of different emotions. And where do these emotions come from? It’s pretty obvious that they come from love. It means that human is able to love.

But, if its true, then why don’t we feel it? Why do we think that love is hidden somewhere behind the face of world and we can’t see it?

Well, I feel that the growing technology is producing good things as well as bad emotions. We people, nowadays, are so busy making our lives easier, that we don’t have time for the people who need our love, who love us or whom we love. (Here I am not talking about the love between two persons; I am talking about the humane nature of the people)

Today, we hardly see people who are actually good, compassionate or helpful. With all the crimes that we get to see like rape, murder, acid-attacks, robbery etc. we definitely say that the real humanity of the world is lost somewhere… even if people pretend or try to be good, they don’t give their 100% towards it. Somewhere deep inside them, there is a feeling of jealousy, hatred or greediness. (If you need the proof, then, there are many examples like, murder of a boy by his own siblings, rape of a girl by her own relatives.)

Therefore… it is the chaotic lifestyle of the people that makes them do all these things. The world is becoming very, very harsh and life is losing it’s value, it’s getting screwed. And this is what ironical about the “divine love of the people around us”.

So, we need to realize our mistakes, we need to correct them, we need to strengthen the base of humanity in this world. To lead a better future, we have to change the present.  Our present is a sample of what will happen in the future. So, we will have to correct our present so that our future can be secured. And, then nothing will be ironical about "the divine love of the people around us" and indeed we'll say that...

Here I stand alone in the fields… deserted… destroyed… separated… from you and this whole world. And there you stand with the whole world, you keep on gaining sunshine, colours, fragrance and fame of your own work. I keep on looking at you… all the time but you never even bother to glance at the field where I am standing now… and… looking at me, I think, is out of question.

 I miss you. Somewhere deep inside me, there is a craving for you, your presence, and your beautiful grin… Don’t you feel it or you just want to ignore it?

Day and night, every minute and second, I see your face. On the walls, around me, in the sky, everywhere it is you… and your amazing smile. I just can’t resist it. There is a sort of strong attraction for you inside me. I can’t stop myself from fantasizing about you.

Can’t it ever happen that all my fantasies become true?  You come to my field or I go to your world? Umm…  I mean, I don’t want to take away your dazzling stars from you nor I want to gain the fame of being with you. But…but can’t we be together? With all our worlds around us but still… alone somewhere near the oceans, looking at beautiful waves touching the shore, gazing at the sun drowning in the sea, with our hands touching each other’s, where you and I enter in to each other’s deepness, I mean the deep feelings.

I love you. I don’t know why but, I just do. Love requires no reason, that’s what I feel. These words become beautiful when I say them but… you can make them even more precious by saying them once… for me… plsss.

You are a loner, I know that, and so am I. being alone gives birth to the worst feelings, you know?  So why don’t we remove this loneliness?  Let us be together… forever… two loners will make wonderful a couple…I know that. Even if you are around thousands of people who like you… from outside but that won’t help you getting out of your isolation. Only a true partner can make this solitary feeling disappear. A benevolent heart will understand you. It will support you, love you, will make you happy. And, that benevolent heart is mine… I am not showing off my love but it making you understand the real meaning of it. Love can destroy as well as it can create, it can make happiness touch your feet, it can make you fly in the sky with beautiful birds…

You need a true partner and I want you… so, let’s get together in the depth of the world, let’s drown in the deepness of love. Let’s make things better…

So, I am waiting for that day to come when we will be together, holding hands, smiling at each other, caring for each other, seeing the sun to drown at the horizon, watching the shimmering moon and glowing stars…

P.S.  People, I just read a love story and this bullshit thing came to my mind. So, no misunderstandings, please.
